Éste es el último look de la semana con la tendencia de PIEL. Elegí usar una mini falda negra (de mi hermanita) y combinarla con una blusa de botones verde militar. Como complemento, mis tennis New Balance que realmente se han convertido en un básico en mi clóset, accesorios sencillos y lentes retro.

Hola! 

Últimamente he estado comprando piezas con toques deportivos. No se si es porque las encuentro muy cómodas o porque combinadas con prendas opuestas, generan un look muy chic sin tanto esfuerzo.

Para éste look, usé un saco que me encantó desde que lo vi en la tienda. El color es tan brillante y la forma es muy sencilla, justo como me gusta. De hecho se convirtió en una de mis piezas básicas de mi clóset.

Cambiando de tema, sigo con mi régimen de incorporar jugos como desayuno y estoy pensando en compartirles algunas recetas que encontré muy sencillas y ricas para que los prueben también. Por lo pronto, las estaré compartiendo en mi cuenta de Instagram @anitareyna27 para quien quiera seguirme por ahí.

Lately I’ve been acquiring clothes with a sporty vibe. I don’t know if it’s because I find them extra comfy or because when paired with a casual or formal piece, the result is super chic and effortless.

For this look, I wore a blue jacket that cuaght my eye instantly. The color is so bright and the fit is relaxed and simple, just how I like it. It actually became one of my basic pieces on my wardrobe.

Changing radically of subject, I’m still on my juice regime during breakfast and I’m thinking of sharing with you some simple and delicious recipes for you to try out as well. For now, I will be sharing them on my Instagram account @anitareyna27 .

Hola! 

Les dejo un outfit que usé el fin de semana con pantalones de vestir y tenis, la verdad desde hace tiempo quería hacerlo y me animé con éstos que tienen un estampado a cuadros muy padre. Hemos tenido temperaturas muy cambiantes y es por eso que podemos experimentar con capas y largos durante el día.

Y para los que vieron el post de la semana pasada, aquí les dejo todos los detalles de mi desintoxicación que hice con Elixir Detox Mexico (http://www.elixirdetox.com/). Here’s an outfit I wore during the weekend using formal pants and sneakers, the truth is that I have had a while wanting to try out this and I finally took the chance with this great pants with square print that I loved. We’ve had all types of temperatures and that’s why we have been able to experiment with layers and lengths during the day.

Ahora sí, ¡esto es un cambio de vida!

Junto a mis propósitos de Año Nuevo estaba convertir mi vida a un régimen más saludable y lo encontré un día por internet en Elixir Detox Mexico. LEOPARD

Una semana más y un nuevo look que compartir con ustedes y Dios mío, tengo tanto que contarles que no se ni por donde empezar.

Veamos… Quiero pensar que TODOS tienen una lista de sus propósitos para éste nuevo año y espero que sigan motivados a cumplirlos porque así estoy yo. No tengo una lista creada en Enero precisamente, sino que mis metas me las voy poniendo mes con mes, pero ¿ése es el punto no? No importa la excusa siempre y cuando mejores. Para todos nuestros lectores que viven en México, estaré probando algo nuevo durante la próxima semana que me ayudará a cumplir mis metas así que si quieren saber qué es, sigan mis cuentas de Instagram (anitareyna27) y Twitter (@anireyna) para que puedan vivir conmigo toda la experiencia. Solo diré que está INCREÍBLE y está disponible en ciudades de México así que les daré todos los detalles y fotos la próxima semana aquí en el blog. (Pista: ayuda a mantener una vida súper saludable, bajar de peso, etc.)

Para éste look decidí usar una falda con abertura por el frente en uno de mis estampados favoritos, leopardo, y unos zapatos de tacón negros que tenía en mi lista de cosas por comprar desde hace mucho tiempo. Creo que soy así, no compro las cosas hasta que encuentro una que realmente me encante (además, estaban en oferta, mucho mejor). Un look sencillo y práctico para pasar de día a noche. En mi opinión, éstas piezas son necesarias en todos los clósets. ¿Tienes alguna de ellas?

 One more week to go and one more outfit to share with you and oh my, I have so much going on right now that I don’t even know where to start.

Let’s see… I’m guessing EVERYONE made a list of resolutions for this new year and I’m hoping you are still on top of your list pushing yourselves to reach the goals and so am I. I didn’t particularly started on January 1st but I have a particular way of setting goals and achievements, but that’s the whole point right? Doesn’t matter when, as long as you actually improve yourself. For all of our readers who live in Mexico, I will be trying something completely new to me during the next week in the means of achieving some goals so if you want to know what, follow my Instagram (anitareyna27) and Twitter (@anireyna) accounts and you will get to experience with me the whole journey. I’ll just add it’s AMAZING and available in some Mexican cities so I’ll give you all the details as well as pictures next week here on the blog.

For this look I got to wear a front slit skirt in one of my favorite prints and simple black pumps that were on my wishlist for so long. I guess I’m that way, I don’t buy something until I found a good piece (plus, I found them on sale so that’s even better). Easy look for a day to night ocassion and I believe all of these pieces are a must on every wardrobe. Do you own any of these?

Hola!

Que tal los trata el nuevo año? Por lo pronto mi ciudad se está volviendo loca con los cambios de temperatura tan drásticos, pero lo bueno de ésto es que tengo frío y calor en la misma temporada y no extraño tanto usar faldas como la que llevo en el post de hoy. Elegí prendas sencillas que me permitieran estar cómoda pero no pasar frío por la noche así que combiné calcetines con plataformas abiertas, una tendencia que sigue muy fuerte en las siguientes temporadas.

¿Qué les parece? ¿Se atreverían a usarlo? Creo que seguiré experimentando con esto para ver que otras opciones encuentro.

Hey there!

How is the New Year treating you? To begin with, my city has been going crazy with the drastic changes in our weather, but the good thing about this is that I get cold and warm weather in the same season, so I’m not totally missing my summer clothes, just like the skirt I’m wearing in today’s post. I chose simple garments that kept me comfortable and warm through the night , so I embraced the ‘socks and open shoes’ trend that’s been around and will continue to be in the next seasons.

What do you think? Would you try this out? I think I’ll keep trying out this trend and see which other options I come up with.

Feliz Año  Nuevo!

¿Que rápido pasó el año no? Al menos así lo siento. La buena noticia es que éste 2014 viene lleno de posibilidades para comenzar nuevos proyectos, construir nuevas amistades, enmendar errores, pedir perdón, amar más, vivir la vida como si, bueno todos lo dicen pero al fin lo entiendo, como si fuera hoy el último día. De hecho, la semana pasada fui a ver la película de ‘About Time’ con Rachel McAdams, que buena fue. Y los que ya la vieron, entenderán de qué hablo al decir que realmente debemos valorar todo, tomar los buenos detalles de cada día y ser agradecidos por lo que tenemos y lo que no también. ¿Por qué? Pues porque todo aquello que tienes y te falta, te hace exactamente quien eres y pone en tu mente esas metas y sueños por cumplir. 

En cuanto a mis propósitos… dejé la excusa de ser Enero para comprometerme, sino que por mes tengo una tarea que tendré que cumplir. De esa manera creo que podré ver mi avance. En cuanto a agradecimientos… eso si, tengo muy claro que quiero decir. Quiero agradecerles a ustedes, ésto como sabrán algunos, fue un sueño que muchos criticaron, burlaron y dudaron, sin embargo, continuamos haciendo lo que nos hace completamente felices. Esto nunca hubiera continuado si ustedes no estuvieran constantemente apoyándonos. Gracias por hacerme parte de sus vidas, espero que este nuevo año me de la oportunidad de mostrarme tal cual soy, con mis opiniones y estilos que me caracterizan. Les deseo lo mejor para éste nuevo año, porque no hay que esperar para otro día si todo lo que queremos podemos hacerlo HOY.

Happy New Year!

Didn’t you feel 2013 just flew by? At least that’s how I feel about it. The good news is this 2014 comes full of posibilities and opportunities to start new projects, build new friendships, fix mistakes, ask for forgiveness and forgive yourself, love intensely, live life as, well everyone says the same thing but I finally get it, as if today is your last day. In fact, last week I saw Rachel McAdams movie called ‘About Time’ and it was really good. Those who have seen it will understand what I’m talking about when I say we have to cherish everything, take all the beautiful details of our daily life and be really greatful for what we own and what we don’t. Why? Well, because everything you own and lack of makes you exactly who you are and place all those goals and dreams to accomplish.

Regarding my goals for this new year… well I left the excuse of being January to commit, instead, I’m taking a task by month. This way I think I might be able to track my progress better. Regarding gratitude… that I have it pretty clear. I want to thank you, this whole project as you may or may not recall, was a dream many criticized, made fun of or doubted, but we kept going on doing what makes us happy. This would’ve ended if you wouldn’t have been here supporting us day by day. Thanks for making me part of your life, and this year I hope I get the chance to show myself just as I am, with my opinions and styles that characterizes me. I wish you all the best for this new year, cause there is no need to wait for someday if everything we want to do, can be done TODAY.

Hola a todos!

Espero que estén disfrutando de las vacaciones tanto como yo. Estamos muy cerca de terminar el año y debo confesar que tengo mi lista de momentos favoritos. Mi novio y yo nos hemos dado un tiempo para organizar un top 3 y premiar los mejores momentos del 2013. Es más, hasta pensamos hacerlo una tradición y es que todavía me sorprende que el año se haya pasado tan rápido. Pero bueno, todavía tengo un par de looks que compartir antes de comenzar un nuevo capítulo. Éste outfit me encanta por lo simple y cómodo que es. El color de la temporada más piel… perfecto! Éstos pantalones fueron de mis mejores compras en otoño pues van con todo.

¿Qué les parece? Además el tono de mi labial fue un experimento, combiné un lápiz de labios con una sombra y éste fue el resultado. ¿Lo han intentado?

Hello everyone!

I hope you’ve been enjoying your vacations as much as I am. We are very close of the end of this year and I must confess I have my list of favorite moments. My boyfriend and I have taken the time to put together a Top 3 moments of 2013. Actually, we are thinking of making this a tradition and it’s all because I’m still amazed by how quick time goes by. But well, I sill have a couple of looks to share with you before starting a new chapter. This outfit became a favorite because of how simple and comfortable it was. The color of the season plus leather… perfection! This pants are one of my favorite purchases cause they go with everything.

What do you think? Plus my lip color was an experiment and I think it turned out great, I combined a lipstick with an eyeshadow and this was the result. Have you tryied something like that out?

Por fin me animé a unirme a ésta tendencia de los gorritos y lo que más me gustó es que hay muchas variaciones y modelos de éstos. Hay un millón de colores disponibles y a precios muy decentes.

En éste mismo look llevo una de mis piezas favoritas de la temporada, mis botines negros. De verdad van con todo y son muy cómodos.

I finally took the chance to try out the beanie trend and what I liked the most is the many variations you get of it. There’s a million colors to choose from and at very reasonable and decent prices.

In this same look I’m wearing one of my favorite pieces of the season, my black ankle boots.They really go with everything and you’ll be totally comfortable.
