The Zara Skirt everyone wants

This skirt has been all around Instagram, Blogs and Tumblr and yet I can’t get tired of it. My boyfriend got it for me for my birthday and I have to admit I got so excited because it was completely sold out here in Monterrey. For those of you who don’t know, you have a great looking skirt with mod style from the front and a super comfortable short underneath it. You can now find it in black in some stores but I think I definitely like it best in white. The great part of this type of pieces is that you don’t really need much more to make this outfit look complete and effortless because the skirt does it for itself.

My advice? Look for unique pieces in any store you like, modify your own clothes or mix things up in a way you wouldn’t think it would work…. most of the times, it does! Lo se, lo se, ésta falda ha estado por todo Instagram, Tumblr y en todos los blogs pero aún así no me canso de ella. Fue uno de los regalos de cumpleaños que mi novio me dio y tengo que admitir que me emocioné mucho porque está agotada aquí en Monterrey. Para aquellos que no lo saben, tienes una falda con estilo mod que se ve padrísima por el frente y un short súper cómodo por debajo. Ahora la puedes encontrar también en negro en algunas tiendas pero definitivamente la prefiero en blanco. La mejor parte de éste tipo de prendas es que no necesitas realmente mucho para completar el outfit porque la falda hace el trabajo por si sola.

¿Mi recomendación? Busca piezas únicas en la tienda que prefieras, modifica tu propia ropa o haz combinaciones que nunca hubieras imaginado que funcionaría…y la mayoría del tiempo, ¡funciona! Y, dadas las circunstancias, mi siguiente post será un DIY súper sencillo para realizar una blusa, así que espérenlo. Nos vemos pronto, les mando un abrazo con mucho cariño.
